Just a little note to let you know how impressed I was with the emergency service I received from Jonathan over the Easter holiday weekend.
We have a place at Teewah with a house full of family over the weekend and pump not working (worst time of year for a pump failure) – so rang your emergency number, with Jonathan calling me back and dealing with the situation in a most friendly/professional way, which allowed me to drive down to your shop on Saturday morning and half an hour later Jonathan had me up and running again, with a very happy family who could have showers once again.
Like yourselves we have a retail business and have to say the level of service i received from Jonathan was exceptional and one of the best customer experiences I have had for a very long time – so well done as an Organisation for creating a culture that goes the extra mile in meeting its customers needs/expectations, and wish you every success in the future, and of course it goes without saying our pump business will always be handled by The Pump House as we so appreciate the level of service you provide.

We had an issue with the sump pump last night. I called your afterhours number and was delighted in the service. Nick turned up within 30 minutes and got the issue sorted. Great service from a very personable staff member.
