Butt Welding System
Butt Fusion is a process used for joining two sections of polyethylene pipe whereby a heating plate is placed between the ends of the two sections of pipe till melting point and then the plate is removed and each section of pipe is pressed together. Advantages of this method are that the joint formed will have the same excellent UV, chemical, corrosion, build-up and crack resistance properties as the pipe and the ability to resist longitudinal loads.
The Pump House is 100% Australian owned, we have our own fabrication workshop, a fleet of 46 fully equipped service vehicles and a team of 95 staff to get the job done.
